Is it possible to find balance in modern life today when it seems like busy-ness is the new norm? Everywhere I go and everyone I talk to seems to be busier than ever. Almost too busy. I think balance is possible but it takes commitment, awareness and discipline. What do I mean by balance? A life in balance means having enough time and energy to do the things that really matter to us. Isn't that what we all want? That's what I want.
