More love, less fear
More calm, less hurried
More play, less work
More fun, less rigid
More focus, less distraction
More present, less rushed
More connection, less multitasking
More grateful, less autopilot
More nature, less TV
More quiet, less chaos
More trust, less worry
More kind, less busy
More being, less doing
More acceptance, less judgement
More veggies, less sugar
More remembering, less forgetting
More Yin, less Yang
