We require a credit card or gift certificate number to hold a reservation for parties of two or more and for spa packages over 90 minutes.
As a courtesy to other guests and staff, we require a minimium of 24 hours prior notice to cancel a reserved appointment. There is a charge of 50% of the reserved service fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% for no-shows. For cancellation of a package or group reservation, we require a minimum of 48 hours prior notice. Late arrivals are charged the full reserved service fee. These cancellation policies also apply to gift card holders.
We always confirm all client appointments at least a day in advance, however, it is always the client's responsibility to provide us with adequate cancellation notice.
