We require a credit card number or gift certificate number in order to hold a reservation.

Cancellation Policy

As part of our continued effort to provide you with the very best of service and accommodate all appointment requests, we have implemented a Cancellation Policy. As part of this policy, we are asking for a credit card to reserve your time.

As a courtesy to other guests and staff, we require 24 hour notice to cancel an appointment. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% for no-shows. For cancellation of a package or group 48 hour notice is required. Late arrivals are charged for the full reservation. These policies also apply to gift card holders.

We will continue to confirm all appointments a day in advance, however this is done as a courtesy and the responsibility of cancelling an appointment remains with the client.
