This 60 minute fitness
experience will combine aerobic exercise and resistance
training. The program is tailored to meet the needs of all
participants regardless of their fitness level.

Emphasis is placed on
exercising safely, having a great time together, meeting new
friends and meeting the challenge. This class ends with gentle
stretching exercises to incorporate the complete mind/body
experience. You'll feel great all day!

We have the ideal setting for
our program, on the beautiful beaches and natural surrounding of
Bay Head. We'll use the natural props that surrounds us and
supply additional equipment to enhance the workout.

motivated, inspired or just want to experience a great workout,
come be part of the Fit Club. Meets on Howe Street beach
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 8 AM.
